Henry W. Schneider, Principal

Hank is the founder of Dov Limited.  Prior to forming Dov Limited, Hank developed, owned and managed numerous independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing homes in the greater Cincinnati area. Throughout the years Hank, has acquired, developed and invested in all facets of real estate. In addition to his real estate interests, Hank is an active investor in non traditional local startups. He has a long history of philanthropy and civic involvement. He is an avid photographer and traveler.

Douglas G. Messer, Principal

Douglas joined Dov Limited in 1998.  He oversees all aspects of lease negotiations, financing and acquisition/disposition of Dov’s real estate portfolio. In addition, Douglas is a licensed real estate agent.  He serves as head coach of his children’s sports teams and is actively involved in local civic organizations. Most importantly, Douglas is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.

Micah A. Max, Principal

Joining Dov Limited in 2008, Micah is responsible for property management, project management/construction management, negotiations and meditations along with investment management as well handling the Michigan portfolio. Prior to joining Dov, Micah worked at one of the largest real estate management companies in Cincinnati. Micah is active in giving back to the community and has sat on the boards of several non profits.

Benjamin A. Schneider, Principal

Benjamin Schneider is the general counsel for Dov Limited, a position he has held since 2006.  Prior to joining Dov Ben worked in the commercial real estate department for one of the largest law firms in greater Cincinnati. Ben is primarily focused on compliance, contract management, leasing and finance.  Ben works collaboratively with the entire Dov team to create mutually beneficial outcomes with our tenants, clients, lenders and partners. Ben has held numerous positions both locally and nationally in civic and philanthropic organizations.

Pam Hunsche, Office Manager, Controller & Personal Assistant to Henry Schneider 

Pam joined Dov Limited in 1995. In addition to being Hank’s personal assistant, Pam is also the office manager and controller for Dov Limited. Prior to joining Dov Limited, Pam worked at Coldwell Bank Real Estate in the Human Resource Department.

Ray Bauman, Facilities Director

Ray joined Dov Limited in 1996.  Prior to this Ray worked with Hank as the facilities director at East Galbraith Nursing Home. Ray attended the University of Cincinnati College of Applied Sciences with a focus on building construction.
